Members of the Labor Coalition hit the road April 13th & 14th for a two day trip visiting five Mesaba outstations. Through Informational Picketing and the distribution of leaflets, they were able to inform Mesaba passengers, and the local media, of the outrageous wage and benefit cuts Mesaba management is attempting to impose on its labor groups.

The local media responded as expected and gave our story front page coverage in many cases. The airports picketed were BRD, HIB, INL, BJI, and STC and the publicity was also picked up in other cities, such as Duluth.
